What data we collect

• Pledge signature: name, email, city; optionally postcode, school and the year of birth of your children (never the full date, never the children's names).
• Consent record: accepted pledge version, date, IP address and browser user agent.
• Use of benefits: date, benefit, partner and location of each redemption.
• Partner businesses: business and contact person details.

What we use it for

Managing your signature and member card, showing the public list (only if you allow it: first name and city only), validating discounts at partners and meeting legal obligations.

Sharing with partners

At validation, the partner only sees your first name and member number. We never sell data.

Retention

Unconfirmed signatures are deleted after 30 days. Other data is kept while you are a member; redemption records are anonymised when you request erasure.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability: write to us via the contact form. You can lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese data protection authority).
