Partner terms

These terms govern the participation of businesses in Movimento Kids Offline. [Review with a lawyer before launch.]

1. Application and approval

The movement's team approves or declines applications within 48 business hours and may pause profiles that don't comply with these terms.

2. Benefits

The partner sets the discount and conditions. Benefits are exclusive to members with a valid card and must not be advertised as a public promotion.

3. Validation

The partner and their team validate the card on the validation screen. Every validation is recorded.

4. Personal data

At validation the partner sees the first name and member number, for that purpose only. [Attach a data processing agreement (DPA) if applicable.]

5. Costs

Participation is free, with no commissions or monthly fee.

6. Governing law

Portuguese law. [Jurisdiction / arbitration to be defined.]
